Our Breathless Montego Bay Spa is open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last 60-minute treatment begins at 6:00 PM). The fitness center is open 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM for registered guests. Hours may vary on holidays and special events; the latest schedule is posted on this page and at the Front Desk.
How do I book a spa treatment at Breathless Montego Bay?
Reserve in advance through the Spa page, by contacting the Front Desk/Concierge, or by phone/email after you’ve booked your stay. Same-day slots may be available but are limited.
Are spa services included in the all-inclusive plan?
No. Spa treatments and retail products are not included in the all-inclusive package at Breathless Montego Bay. Charges can be posted to your room or paid by major credit card at checkout.
Is the fitness center included, and do you offer classes?
